At Grab, I handle complex, high-risk incidents involving safety concerns such as harassment, theft, and robbery. I gather information, document findings, and coordinate with stakeholders including Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), PERKESO, legal firms, and internal teams.

I returned to Grab's Incident Response Team in 2023 and joined its specialized Disciplinary Team in December 2025, supporting assessments of misconduct and policy violations. I’ve also trained new IRT joiners and was recognized as Best IRT Performer in May 2021.
