I am a Quantity Surveyor and Project Management Technician with progressive experience across public and private construction projects in Zimbabwe and Botswana. I consistently deliver accurate tender preparations, cost estimates, Bills of Quantities and timely procurement to meet project targets.
My strengths include project cost analysis, IPC claims and final account preparation, design-and-build delivery, contractor engagement and quality control across project lifecycles. I leverage technical tools such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Excel to improve estimation accuracy and project documentation.
