I've led design as a Senior/Lead Product Designer since 2019, with 10+ years across SaaS, e-mobility and iGaming products in Poland, the UK and the EU. The last four years in climate and energy tech. I build tokenized design systems that let small teams ship white-label products fast, and I've owned product roadmaps alongside design where a team needed both in one seat. I take products from zero to one, and I bring AI-assisted prototyping workflows that cut design-to-handoff cycles from weeks to days.
