At Questrade Financial Group, I led the strategy and launch of QuestMortgage, bringing digital mortgages and secured lending to the company’s existing customer base. I also built the secured lending product team from inception, with 13 professionals across direct and indirect reports.

At BMO, I held Director roles in product strategy, lending, and transformation. I launched a broker-channel High Interest Savings Account that grew to approximately $6.4 billion in balances within 18 months, and supported national mortgage sales and operational initiatives.

Today, I run Better Mortgages by Dom, an independent mortgage advisory practice, and most recently served as Senior Director, Secured Lending at Momentum Financial Services Group (Money Mart), supporting Canadian market expansion strategies.
