I’m a motivated, detail-oriented graduate with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. I’m passionate about customer support, content moderation, and community management, and I focus on delivering high-quality work with professionalism and accuracy. I’m also a quick learner who can work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

In my Field Researcher role, I collected and verified research data with high accuracy. I conducted field interviews, maintained accurate records, and ensured data quality while meeting project deadlines. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, reliability, and ability to stay organized under pressure.

Previously, I worked as an English & ICT Teacher, delivering comprehensive lessons and preparing tailored educational materials. I created continuous assessments and used strong classroom management to support learners effectively. It also helped me develop excellent communication habits and the confidence to engage with people clearly and professionally.

I bring practical tools and teamwork to the table, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva & creative layouts. I’m a responsible and highly organized person, and I’m committed to maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and consistency in every task I’m given.
