I've co-founded EduSync at MemorySync LLC, launching an AI-powered academic integrity platform integrated with Canvas LMS via LTI 1.3 and available through Google Workspace Marketplace and Microsoft Office Add-ins. I designed its FERPA-compliant architecture with zero external student data storage and led institutional outreach with Seattle University and Redmond High School.

Previously, I co-founded LeaseMate, an AI compliance tool that converts leases and contracts into jurisdiction-specific city-code guidance and auto-filled forms. We secured a working partnership with the City of Santa Barbara and grew to 13 pilot businesses within months of launch.

My work also includes due diligence on 30+ startups for Maxis VC/PE at Is Bank, financial and cybersecurity assessments for FinTech partnerships at SoftTech, and a machine learning capstone for Amazon Worldwide Sustainability. I use Python, SQL, R, statistical modeling, and machine learning to turn complex evidence into practical product and business decisions.
