I've led SaaS product analytics for a Fortune 20 technology client's global collaboration-device portfolio at Mu Sigma, translating behavioral insights into executive roadmap decisions presented to C-suite leadership.

I built an upsell propensity model in Python and SQL that supported 5% product-adoption growth, established forecasting-based targets for 5+ OKRs, and automated 25+ Power BI KPI dashboards for weekly product decisions. Earlier, I built entity-resolution, customer-lifecycle, onboarding, and churn models that improved engagement, reactivation, and retention.

I'm completing an M.S. in Artificial Intelligence at Northeastern University, where I also support 250+ students per semester as a graduate teaching assistant. My research includes NLP, LLM evaluation, empathy detection, and Voice AI; I improved Voice AI turn-detection naturalness from 4.31 to 6.00 in a participant evaluation.
