What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Communications or Operations/Administrative Intern role at a foreign-invested enterprise where I can coordinate stakeholders, maintain accurate documentation and data trackers, and support cross-functional operations.

I've coordinated external media partners and internal teams for the Go Chau Thien Hoi Project, keeping project materials on schedule and maintaining accurate tracking documentation.

At Guitar Nhan Van Club, I built partner and sponsor databases, resolved stakeholder inquiries, and used Google Sheets and Excel to consolidate operational data for events.

I've also supported marketing and communications through market research, competitor tracking, content editing, visual design, and presentation materials for the QuaiQuai Startup Project and Det Xanh Program. My team achieved Top 2 in the MBSE Startup Model Pitching Competition.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at USSH, VNU-HCM and bring fluent Vietnamese and English reading and writing, strong attention to detail, and practical administrative operations experience.
