What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead service design, UX strategy, and transformation work where research, systems thinking, and stakeholder collaboration can connect customer needs to meaningful business outcomes.

I've led service design and UX strategy engagements for ING Bank, Royal FloraHolland, and clients across finance, government, and technology.

At ING, I led service mapping, research, and stakeholder workshops supporting cloud migration; delivered opportunity maps and service blueprints; and helped define global personas, redesign an employee portal, and standardize UX practices. I also co-founded the ING Customer Journey Guild and contributed to the PACE innovation framework.

Through Mothership, the consultancy I founded, I bring together user research, co-creation, innovation sprints, systems thinking, and workshop facilitation to align customer needs with strategic business outcomes. I've also conceived and developed Glare, an AI-powered platform for managing personas, journey maps, experiments, and strategic decision-making.
