At Oracle, I support the reliability of Shared Email Service infrastructure, including SMTP/IMAP integrations, deployment validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. I provision infrastructure with Terraform, Shepherd, Odo, and Shell scripts, and create canaries and synthetic checks to help detect service failures early.
I also build CI/CD and Docker-based deployment workflows and develop JMeter tests to validate service behavior and capacity assumptions. My operational work includes incident response, runbooks, release readiness, and improvements to WAF, IAM, patching, and infrastructure hardening.
I designed Agentic AI automation frameworks for SRE and platform workflows, supporting task planning, intelligent monitoring, and cross-domain orchestration. Earlier, I led QA and release validation at Nagarro and contributed to OCI infrastructure work, application testing, and RESTful API development across previous roles.
