At Oracle India Pvt. Ltd., I operate OCI infrastructure and OKE environments across 21 regions, using SLI/SLO and error-budget signals to guide remediation. I built command-line utilities for monitoring and troubleshooting, and improved Grafana and Prometheus monitoring and alerting to help teams detect production issues proactively.
At Agiliz Tech Software Service Pvt. Ltd. and DXC Technology, I supported AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes environments, monitoring production systems and responding to incidents. I’ve also strengthened CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD and worked on incident response, root-cause analysis, and cloud security controls.
