At SolarWinds, I own governance, compliance, and risk for people operations at the Bengaluru GCC. I lead an 11-person team and helped reduce repeat audit findings by 38%, while reaching 99% policy adherence.

I also redesigned grievance handling, cutting turnaround time by 97%. At SKS Pvt Ltd, I was the first HR hire in India and helped establish operations, grow the company to 250 employees, and build an HR team of 17.

At Techinnews / Techquora Inc., I built the HR function from the ground up as one of the first HR hires. Earlier, at Salesify Inc. / Chungdahm, I helped scale the organisation from inception to 1,000 employees.
