At Ascendion, I lead design for AVA Core, the enterprise AI platform teams use to build, govern and ship AI agents into production. I unify complex administrator and end-user workflows through role-based access control, task-based information architecture, and conversational interfaces operators can trust.
I reduced AVA Core navigation from 13 entry points to 8 workspaces, consolidating artifact creation into a prompt-first Build surface and discovery into a unified marketplace. I also designed a consistent governance and approval path across agents, workflows, guardrails, knowledge bases, tools, MCP servers and plugins.
Previously, I helped build Vodafone Business's Figma component library from zero, creating 120+ accessible, token-driven components adopted across product teams. At Accenture, I designed enterprise platforms, analytics dashboards and data visualisations, while running design sprints and establishing handoff and design QA practices.
My background in QA shapes how I design: I focus on edge cases, error states and permission paths, not just the happy path. I've conducted 100+ user interviews, mentored designers, and built critique and review practices for AI-first product teams.
