What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to lead and scale talent acquisition functions, build data-driven recruiting operations, strengthen workforce planning, and partner with senior leaders on business growth, compliance, and inclusive hiring strategies.

I'm leading national Talent Acquisition at Octapharma Plasma, managing eight recruiters and centralizing field recruiting into a corporate model. I implemented Phenom ATS/CRM and SuccessFactors, launched a TA scorecard, and increased recruiter accountability by 25%.

Across PwC, Progress Residential, EXOS, Elior North America, CPI Security, and TruGreen, I've built recruiting teams, standardized operations, implemented ATS platforms, and partnered with leaders on workforce planning. At CPI Security, I helped scale the organization from 300 to more than 700 employees, reduced turnover by 13% year over year, and launched a referral program that generated 174 hires.

I've also led national and executive recruiting at Swisher Hygiene, Wachovia, Bank of America, and Ajilon Finance, supporting finance, operations, audit, tax, and leadership hiring.
