At Suminter India Organics, I maintained the Order in Hand tracker and monthly Unexecuted Order Book, and processed sales orders in SAP SD. I coordinated orders through dispatch and delivery, while tracking shipment ETD and ETA across Rest of World, USA and EU.
I took ownership of collections report data and prepared weekly reports for senior management and the CEO's Office. I also prepared monthly payment projections and suggested adding upcoming customer dues to the collections target file.
I built weekly API reports using Excel and analysed trade and market data across APAC, Middle East, LATAM and Africa. I also handled export documentation and generated B2B leads using Zoho CRM and Apollo.io.
