I'm looking to own customer experience and digital transformation outcomes end to end, building products, journeys, teams, and operating models that turn strategy into measurable customer and commercial value.

I've built and led CX consulting and digital transformation businesses across startups and Global 1000 enterprises. At LTI North America, I took a CX practice from zero to a revenue-generating business, delivering USD 10M in consulting revenue and enabling USD 100M in downstream impact.

Through NotchUX, I advise AI-led startups and growth ventures on product strategy, customer journeys, and platform outcomes. My work spans AI hotel platforms, autonomous franchise systems, enterprise IT platforms, and critical-infrastructure drone products.

As a founder and intrapreneur, I own transformation from vision and backlog through launch and measurable outcomes. I bring together Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to build customer journeys that earn trust, improve engagement, and grow lifetime value.
