At SS Brothers, I manage day-to-day operations across sales, customer enquiries, purchasing, inventory, supplier coordination, social media and basic financial records. I work closely with the founder and external teams to keep website, marketplace and business requirements on track.

I manage a 250+ SKU product range across five categories, supporting stock planning, replenishment, customer orders and sales through the physical store, WhatsApp, Instagram and website. I introduced weekly sales-and-expense reconciliation and helped bring advance budgeting into recurring business activities and purchases.

Previously, at Nahar Global School, I coordinated academic activities for 300+ students and 20+ teachers, including schedules, examinations, communication and school programmes. I received a Letter of Appreciation from the Principal at the end of the academic session.

As a freelance social media manager, I manage content for 10+ businesses across several industries. I create content calendars, graphics, reels, scripts and captions, using analytics to improve organic reach; for Pawan Tour & Travels, I helped grow the account to around 1,000 followers and generate 10K+ organic views across approximately eight reels.
