What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time opportunity where I can manage financial operations, reporting, payroll, cash flow, and process improvement for an international business.

I've managed financial operations for businesses in Ukraine and internationally, from consulting for more than 70 entrepreneurs to overseeing payroll, reporting, invoicing, revenue accounting, and cash flow management.

At GrandCar and Legarithm, I supported budgeting, KPI development, pricing across 20+ jurisdictions, and financial process improvements using Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Zoho CRM, Finmap, and Bitrix24. I've also led and mentored teams and worked with payroll and tax processes for clients across Serbia, the Czech Republic, and Azerbaijan.
