I’m a Licensure Readiness Assistant who guides graduating students through the professional healthcare licensure process from start to finish.
I collaborate with Program Directors and Academic Deans to develop and refine student licensure application workflows, and I deliver seminars on study skills and test-taking skills ahead of licensure exams.
I provide excellent customer service for licensure inquiries, including exam details, state-to-state differences, and licensure fees—then I process licensure payments, keep complete records, and report expenses to management in a timely fashion.
Before this role, I brought hands-on experience from high-stress environments as an Emergency Medical Technician and team leader, and I also have technical and compliance-focused work from installing fire alarm systems and supporting client onboarding with NFPA and ADA requirements.
