I focus on turning business goals into data solutions that improve operational efficiency through clear documentation and measurable KPIs.
In BFSI digital transformation work, I gather and document requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS), conduct gap analysis, and create user stories/use cases that align stakeholder needs with delivery frameworks. I also partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize KPIs, strengthening stakeholder satisfaction.
Previously as a System Engineer, I built interactive Power BI reports and migrated legacy dashboards from Tableau to Power BI to improve performance. I developed ETL workflows using Google BigQuery, handled data cleaning, unit testing, and bug fixes, and collaborated with clients via scrum calls using Jira—ensuring reliable, decision-ready reporting.
