At Shar Qurylys Group, I led financial data validation for green certification audits by dena (German Energy Agency) and GIZ. I reconciled inconsistent departmental records, investigated discrepancies, and produced figures accepted by the independent external verifier.
I designed and built the group's first Power BI reporting environment, automating CAPEX and OPEX tracking and replacing manual monthly consolidation. This accelerated reporting cycles threefold and improved liquidity forecast accuracy.
I also ran portfolio variance analysis and built stochastic NPV models for a USD 300 million green bond issued in partnership with the Asian Development Bank and the Astana International Financial Centre. As product owner for internal financial systems, I designed approval workflows connecting credit and budget decisions across departments.
Earlier, I ran company-wide forecasting and plan-versus-actual reporting at Shar Qurylys Group, and supported budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation at Web3 Architects. I work with Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI, drawing on an M.Sc. in Management from the Technical University of Munich with a specialisation in Finance and Accounting.
