What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity in talent acquisition or HR operations where I can contribute to end-to-end hiring, use data and HR systems to improve recruitment processes, and grow through hands-on exposure to employer branding and AI-enabled recruitment.

At Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., I supported end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding verification, and candidate data management in PARAM.AI.

I coordinated interviews for up to 30 candidates daily and handled onboarding documentation for 50+ new hires, including lateral hires and Graduate Engineer Trainees. I'm completing an MBA in HR & Finance and bring research-led perspective on employer branding, talent attraction, HR analytics, and AI-enabled recruitment.
