I’m looking to lead product + growth for a scalable consumer app, owning experiments, funnels, and player insights to drive retention and revenue—while partnering closely with engineering to ship and iterate fast.

I’m a Product and Growth Manager with 2+ years’ experience, focused on scaling real-money gaming through product insight and measurable growth. I scaled a chess app from 0 to 2M+ downloads and ₹1.5Cr/month revenue with ~30% MoM growth by aligning acquisition, core product features, and user insights.

At DAB Games (Ziffi Chess), I architected a chess skill-rating system for more accurate skill-based matchmaking, improving fairness and player experience. I also led product strategy for cheating detection—designing post-detection validation flows to reduce false positives and strengthen platform trust.

I manage end-to-end lifecycle and execution, from funnel experimentation and real-time SQL dashboards (DAU, CAC, player retention) to international expansion (Brazil, USA) and rapid prototyping using Figma, Claude Code, and Storybook. On the growth side, I’ve run UA budgets of ₹1.2Cr+/month across Meta, Google, and other programmatic channels.
