At AU Foundation, I managed data entry, reporting, and analysis across departments to support management decision-making. I built and maintained MIS dashboards and KPI trackers, improving reporting efficiency.
I developed and implemented SOPs for record and file management. I also assisted managers with student course counseling and day-to-day operational support.
I received the Best MIS Award in May 2026 and an incentive bonus for reporting. In July 2026, upper management recognized my reporting and analysis.
In my projects, I created an interactive Excel sales dashboard and used SQL to analyze sales and inventory data. I also analyzed employee data, created an automated leave tracker, and examined factors in employee attrition.
