Designed and implemented live streaming workflows for a large-scale multi-session event, supporting high-viewer-count broadcasts. Managed multi-day broadcast setups (encoder, bandwidth optimization, streaming servers, capture cards/video switchers) and handled real-time stream health diagnostics and incident response while integrating multimedia and live feeds.

Planned, configured, and operated end-to-end live streaming infrastructure for competitive esports events, including camera setup and streaming platform integration. Managed OBS Studio streaming pipelines and performed real-time monitoring/troubleshooting of broadcast quality, bitrate, and latency while coordinating event schedules and overlays.

Managed project budgets, material procurement, and fund allocation across multiple project phases. Oversaw logistics from material ordering to final distribution and evaluated outcomes to identify actionable improvements for future cycles.

Oversaw final quality reviews for 3D-related and physical production outputs before client delivery. Researched new materials and 3D modelling/production techniques and coordinated end-to-end production workflows from design to completed deliverables.
