What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly mechanical CAD role where I can create manufacturable parametric 3D models, deliver GD&T drawings, and apply DFM and CAD QA to support production-ready documentation.

I’m a CAD designer based in Surabaya, Indonesia, with 4+ years of hands-on experience in parametric 3D CAD modeling and mechanical component design—built to be manufacturing-ready. I’m proficient in FreeCAD and comparable parametric CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, AutoCAD), and I apply strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and DFM best practices.

In my freelance work, I create and validate detailed parametric CAD models, produce engineering drawings with GD&T and tolerance stack-ups, and prepare clear technical documentation including BOMs and assembly instructions. I focus on CAD validation and quality reviews (model accuracy, geometry integrity, manifold mesh, and production readiness) and iterate based on client and reviewer feedback to deliver final STEP, IGES, DWG, STL, and OBJ files.
