Backend Developer building AI automation and scalable diagnostics.

What I'm looking for

I want to build backend systems that automate technical diagnostics with AI agents and MCP, focusing on clear traceability, strong testing/coverage, and maintainable documentation—so incidents get resolved faster with scalable APIs and evidence-driven workflows.

I’m a Backend Developer and technologist in Software Analysis and Development, focused on building backend solutions, technical automations, and AI-driven flows for operational environments that demand speed, consistency, and traceability. I enjoy turning complex manual diagnostics into structured, reusable systems.

At Rappi, I implemented and maintained Incident Management Automation by connecting internal services, a gateway layer, and MCP/FastMCP with AI orchestration. I developed TypeScript/AdonisJS endpoints and internal services, and also built Python/FastMCP components so internal assistants and agentic workflows could use technical tools reliably.

I strengthen outcomes through disciplined engineering: integrating SQL/Snowflake queries to provide evidence for incident analysis, designing end-to-end validations with Docker Compose and AWS LocalStack, and executing functional tests with Postman and cURL. I also reinforced backend quality with unit/integration/end-to-end testing, coverage improvements, and quality gates using Jenkins and SonarQube.

I care about maintainability and adoption, so I document implementations, technical prompts, release notes, and validation criteria to help teams support and extend new internal flows. I’ve contributed to automations that reduced incident diagnosis time by approximately 75%, and I’ve automated multiple technical flows across banners, campaigns, coupons, and credits.
