At Locus Custom Software, I lead development of a React and Supabase portal for an accounting firm and its clients, covering document exchange, requests, and billing. I’m also developing integrations with Meta’s WhatsApp API and MCP to connect agents to the customer service channel.
I work on AI products at Locus Custom Software, including an economic observatory that brings together public and municipal data for public-facing and management assistants. I also contribute to a product targeting reduced fuel consumption, measured against a validated baseline.
Before my promotion to Junior AI Engineer, I worked as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Locus Custom Software, implementing process automation with Next.js and Django and serverless functions on AWS Lambda. I also collaborated on Cognito User Pools and cloud service configuration, and performed integrated QA testing.
In my own projects, I developed Seizr, an open-source tool with OAuth2 authentication, concurrent requests, and a documented security policy, as well as a PDF-to-text converter and a Subway Brasil calorie calculator. At UFAPE, I coordinated the competitive and cooperative programming extension group and taught introductory Python and Git/GitHub workshops.
