At Cibertec's High Technology Division in Lima, Peru, I served as a lecturer teaching courses in analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning.

As BI Innovation Lead I implemented an Azure Cloud-based BI architecture and handled data engineering. Notably, I developed: a multi-level solution using Azure Synapse, a BI row-level security solution for various departments, and deployed a BI solution for COVID research using RedCap data and REST APIs.

As a BI Consultant at NAS Recruitment, USA, I specialized in designing and implementing Big Data solutions with Google and Azure. My role encompassed data engineering and BI using PowerBI Services and Power BI Embedded for in-house applications. We developed a BI solution integrating Power BI Embedded with a React Front End and Azure, successfully migrating a Marketing Recruitment platform.

my role included leading B2B services via digital channels and collaborating on microservices architectural changes. Responsibilities covered DevSecOps, resource management, and supporting agile practices as a Scrum Master. My achievements include maintaining over 97% availability of critical B2B services, effectively deploying agile practices and conducting monthly performance feedback meetings.

As a Data Strategist I developed SaaS products for two Latin American EdTechs, focusing on statistical design and data engineering. My role included data analysis and visualization using Pandas, Seaborn, Matplotlib, and Plotly, and Business Intelligence with PowerBI.

I managed the corporate portfolio, oversaw MS Project Online, and administered Power BI Online reporting. My role involved developing business cases, business process management, and advocating for Scrum. Key accomplishments include successful implementation of MS Project Online and Power BI Services, reporting for Certus' Project Management Office and strategic planning for Project Certus.

I controlled the performance of National Control System units, conducted analyses and reports, and worked on visualization and process automation. My role also included Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, and Business Architecture. Notable achievements were successfully implementing a solution for case tracking, and initiating the first phase of the Integrated Gov Control System.

I managed budgets, recruited and trained staff, and oversaw academic and alumni activities. I advised students, developed curricula, streamlined processes, and led the department in modernizing operations. A key achievement was leading the curriculum restructuring, aligning it with the American Computer Curriculum, resulting in international accreditation by ICACIT following ABET standards.
