I am a solutions-oriented Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager with 20 years of experience in traditional methodologies and agile frameworks. My expertise lies in requirement modeling, digital transformation, and value generation, where I leverage strong leadership and analytical skills to drive problem-solving and achieve goals.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led project implementations and business improvement analyses, particularly in the context of industrial property solutions, beauty products direct selling tools, utility locate process improvements, among others, in Latin America, Europe and Canada. My role as Head of Corporate Projects involved leading a business analysis team, where I focused on value identification and digital solutions implementation using Scrum, Kanban, and Design Thinking, among other frameworks.

In addition to my project management experience, I have a solid background in consulting services, vendor solutions evaluation, and process optimization.
