What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine transcriptomic analysis, FAIR-aligned reproducible workflows, and wet-lab molecular skills. I want to contribute to disease-focused discovery—especially drug repositioning—while building AI-assisted bioinformatics pipelines.

I’m a research student focused on a data-driven approach in genetics research, bridging wet-lab molecular work with transcriptomic analysis. I combine differential gene expression and transcriptomic data analysis with reproducible research practices to support disease biological interpretation.

In my research laboratory work, I contribute to targeted drug delivery studies using advanced nanomaterials and perform in vitro experiments with human cell lines. I also lead work on transcriptomics around doxorubicin-induced cognitive impairment, including drug repositioning through data-driven, differential gene expression and pathway handling.

On the computational side, I build and optimize bioinformatics workflows with Snakemake and Nextflow, following FAIR principles for data management. I’ve supported development and testing of agentic AI for automated bioinformatics workflow generation, including validation of AI-translated Snakemake-to-Nextflow pipelines while handling compatibility and performance edge cases.

I’m energized by prompt engineering and AI-driven computational biology when it improves reproducibility and speed in analysis. I bring strong scientific writing and literature review habits, along with R-based RNA-seq data preprocessing, visualization, and DESeq2-driven analysis to turn complex signals into clear biological insights.
