My BAZ1A bromodomain inhibitor project brought together pharmacophore modeling, molecular docking, and deep learning to identify small-molecule candidates for a colorectal cancer target. I screened a chemical library, refined docking results with GNINA, and prioritized candidates through ADMET filtering and binding-interaction validation.
At Ege University Nuclear Sciences Institute, I conducted radiobiology and radiochemistry experiments and analyzed nuclear medicine imaging data. I also developed and validated a genome-scale metabolic model for Pichia pastoris, and served as Chair of the IEEE Ege University Student Branch, coordinating its core team and activities.
