I'm looking to create meaningful company impact by helping businesses make informed decisions through data-driven insights, HR analytics, digital innovation, and AI-enabled solutions.

At Thomson Reuters, I lead People Analytics and HR Digital Innovation work that turns workforce data into decisions. I've led the move from Tableau to Power BI, supported an Enterprise Data Lake connected to Snowflake, and delivered dashboards, statistical models, research, and executive insights on AI usage, hybrid working, and employee experience.

I'm currently leading HR operational efficiency initiatives, including an intake and prioritization framework adopted by 100+ HR Digital professionals, alongside AIRA and AskMeg AI initiatives. I also mentor analysts, scientists, and engineers across BI, advanced modeling, semantic modeling, and ETL design, drawing on earlier actuarial, benefits administration, and system development experience.
