What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR leadership role in manufacturing where I can own talent acquisition and HR compliance, strengthen employee relations, deliver HR metrics reporting, and continuously improve policies, training, and audit readiness.

I’m a Human Resources professional with 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specializing in direct, indirect, and administrative recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and talent management. I partner with leaders to create hiring strategies and ensure HR programs are executed with clear policies and measurable outcomes.

In my current roles, I’ve led the HR department with a team of 4 generalists, 1 payroll specialist, and occupational health staff to provide employee services and follow up on complaints. I reported HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, discipline, wellness programs) in daily and monthly management meetings, updated the company’s Internal Work Regulations, and managed its regulatory committee. I also reduced pending legal cases through disciplinary sanction matrices and dashboards, and developed key HR policies for Nogales plants across areas like employee services, terminations, access control, child labor remediation, vacation monitoring, and complaint handling.

I strengthen compliance and operational quality through labor relations and audits, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, SMETA, and RBA standards. I design and implement HR annual training for all employees, coordinate temporary contract monitoring with periodic reviews, manage HR budgets across two plants, and administer employee files.

Previously, I led full-cycle recruitment and supported onboarding by verifying checklists and improving employee integration and reducing early turnover. I’ve also served as an internal auditor, achieved STPS distinctions (“Inclusive Company” and “Family Responsible Company”), and supported HR crisis response during COVID-19 by coordinating vaccination logistics.
