At TotalEnergies Marketing España S.A.U. and TotalEnergies Marketing Portugal, LDA, I supported legal services across the Iberian hub, drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese. I also managed contractual records and DocuSign processes.
I collaborated with the Compliance Officer on due diligence and policies covering antifraud, anti-corruption, economic sanctions, competition law, and anti-money laundering. My work also included corporate governance documents and filings with the Madrid Commercial Registry.
As an international freelance legal collaborator, I advise clients across the Dominican Republic, the United States, Canada, Spain, Europe, and Latin America. I draft and review legal documents with a compliance focus and have participated in projects applying AI to the legal sector.
My other experience includes commercial law and compliance at Inversiones QTEK, public procurement and administrative law at the Dominican Ministry of Agriculture, and legal assistance at the Public Prosecutor’s Office. I’m studying Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and have pursued further study in civil procedure, compliance, and migration and consular law.
