What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead end-to-end operations and financial process workflows—leveraging ERP (Oracle/Oracle Fusion/SAP), exception resolution, and data reporting—to improve order-to-cash accuracy and drive reliable supply chain fulfillment.

I’m a results-driven operations and financial process specialist with leadership experience across financial operations, supply chain coordination, and enterprise order management systems. I focus on accuracy and operational efficiency while streamlining workflows from order creation through fulfillment and reporting.

In my current role as a Senior Process Associate at Genpact, I coordinate inventory alignment with customer order requirements to ensure product availability. I partner with logistics and scheduling teams to manage delivery timelines, track and monitor order lifecycle through ERP/order management systems, and investigate and resolve order discrepancies and operational exceptions.

As Co-Founder / Operations Manager of Anywear Jena Dean, I manage financial operations including accounts payable and receivable processing, and I develop cash flow forecasts and revenue projections. I oversee vendor relationships, inventory tracking, and operational workflows, and I also lead social media marketing initiatives to support customer engagement.

Earlier in my career, I supported AP/AR and financial reporting through roles including Accounts Payable Specialist and Revenue Coordinator, where I handled invoice verification, reconciliation, aging balance analysis, and budget variance tracking. I’ve also worked in aerospace-related supply chain environments, strengthening my data analysis, exception resolution, and cross-functional coordination skills—often using enterprise ERP platforms such as Oracle, Oracle Fusion, and SAP.
