I am seeking a role where I can apply SAP and supply chain expertise to improve O2C and logistics processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead system improvements with opportunities for impact and growth.

I am an Operations and IT professional with 10+ years supporting supply chain, logistics, and business systems, focused on translating business needs into practical system solutions. I have deep hands-on experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC, APO), EDI/IDOC monitoring, order-to-cash processes, and cross-functional stakeholder support.

In recent roles I provided functional and technical SAP support, executed UAT and regression testing, monitored integrations, and produced reporting and end-user documentation to improve usability. I developed and maintained dashboards for international markets, reconciled inventory in planning systems, and resolved system defects that impacted order flow and logistics execution.
