Designed system prompts for Arabic-dialect voice agents and led market research and technical design for an Arabic-first AI news-intelligence platform. Built the MVP as Go microservices with Gemini models, applying Responsible AI guardrails and human-in-the-loop review.

Built a multilingual extraction service in TypeScript on Gemini 3 Flash for courier delivery-receipt PDFs, achieving 100% field accuracy. Administered production Kubernetes clusters, set up monitoring and alerting, and built CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability.

Contributed to ideation and design of data-driven AI product concepts, spearheaded requirements engineering and feature definition for two AI products, and facilitated cross-functional meetings and client discovery sessions.

Gained hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, Active Directory, and Windows/Linux server administration. Assisted in workspace setup, user account and role management, and Group Policy configuration.
