At Ecore International, I manage the full accounts receivable cycle, processing invoices, billing, BOL documentation, and customer payments in Epicor Kinetic.

I apply ACH, wire, lockbox, and credit card payments across JP Morgan accounts, resolve credit and card holds directly with customers, and support tax documentation through Avalara. I also track past-due collections, review credit applications and Allianz credit insurance approvals, and use Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Customer Credit Manager for reporting.

Previously, I supported accounts payable at Ford India Private Limited, improving invoice-processing workflows, handling defective invoices, preparing price-variance reports, and automating metrics reporting with Alteryx.

Across FLSmidth and S.R. Scales, I have managed invoice processing, AP/AR-to-GL reconciliations, aging reports, ERP entries, payroll support, and month-end procedures. I bring more than six years of manufacturing and industrial finance operations experience, with a focus on accuracy, follow-through, and strong client and vendor relationships.
