I’m an experienced professional with “10+ years of work experience in Investment Banking and Strategy,” bringing a deep focus on the deal lifecycle “from deal origination to closing.” Across my roles, I’ve owned end-to-end M&A-related research—financial modeling and business valuation (DCF, trading/transaction comparables), drafting company profiles, and building pitch books (information memorandums, teasers)—while also driving market & industry studies, benchmarking (financial and operational), and due diligence (financial and market/commercial).

Currently, at EY GDS India LLP as an “Associate Manager” within EY Parthenon—Strategy and Transactions (SaT), I support on-shore US counterparts on live business development and execution work, delivering PoVs, proposals, and thought leadership grounded in research and value creation opportunities.
