At Yukon Capital, I independently executed a USD 2M pre-seed equity fundraise term sheet end-to-end and managed a live pipeline of nearly USD 100M across equity fundraises, debt placements, and M&A mandates. I build deal materials and financial models, and represent the firm in investor and client meetings.
Previously, at RR Finance, I generated more than 50 equity investment ideas and built DCF and relative valuation models used in portfolio decisions. I also led the launch of an AIF and PMS distribution platform, supported a ₹50 Cr+ debt private placement, and cleared all three levels of the CFA Program.
