I use usability testing, Hotjar, GA4, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI to identify drop-offs and rebuild high-value journeys. My computer science background also lets me take designs into production: at Mohesu, I designed and shipped a fitness tracking app in Flutter using Riverpod and Firebase.
