What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role in IT support, business application support, or user account administration, where I can help resolve technical issues, maintain reliable IT services, and learn new systems as part of a collaborative IT team.

Through practical projects at Anglia Ruskin University, I configured Cisco switches and VLANs in simulated networks, and investigated connectivity issues using IP addressing, subnetting, routing, SSH, and Telnet.

I also used Splunk and SPL to analyse logs and investigate security alerts, and worked with SQL to retrieve and analyse data from an e-commerce database. As a Retail Assistant / Customer Service colleague at TJX Europe, I managed multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and supporting customers.
