What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a telecom/IT infrastructure role where I can lead end-to-end fiber and FTTx delivery, ensure SLA compliance, and collaborate across teams to run rigorous QA/QC and planning—especially in large-scale deployments across multi-region sites.

I’m an IT Infrastructure and Telecom Project Lead with 8+ years’ experience driving telecom network deployment, IT infrastructure implementation, and fiber rollout across India and US markets. I lead large-scale technical projects with a strong focus on SLA compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and on-time delivery, while staying hands-on with FTTx/FTTH planning and quality checks.

In my current role as Engineer 2, I initiate and validate US-based telecom design packages, collaborate with fiber engineering teams on OTDR plan designs, and support pre-field design using the IQgeo app with schematic QC for major clients including Frontier, AT&T, and Lumen. Previously as Dy.Manager at Reliance Industries (RIL), I handled customer resolution and service part booking for air fiber and jio fiber in Vadodara and Ahmedabad, managed 25+ FSA through vendor management and planning, and maintained end-to-end billing with zero pendency—supported by coordination with local authorities.
