At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I manage telecom OSP projects, including my current engagement on the Rogers program. I apply civil delivery management and OSP planning expertise to ongoing telecom infrastructure initiatives.
On the Nokia Solutions and Networks India Pvt. Ltd. engagement, I led concurrent OSP projects for BT, TPG, Optus, and Cox Communications, coordinating engineering, planning, deployment, and QA teams. I owned project execution from planning through delivery and closure, while managing risks, customer expectations, and delivery performance.
Across projects for NBN Co Limited and Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC, I planned or designed fiber and HFC networks using MapInfo, AutoCAD, GIS tools, and Revit. Earlier, at Radios Synergies Pvt. Ltd. / Radius Infratel Pvt. Ltd., I delivered fiber infrastructure work, including 4,500 meters of conventional fiber for surveillance cameras at the Commonwealth Games Village and connectivity for 1,500 residential units.
