I’m an MBA HR candidate with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations. I’ve managed end-to-end hiring—sourcing specialized civil engineers and building a remote team of 20 content writers—while keeping recruitment and documentation organized.

In my current role as HR Coordinator at Design & Engineers, I handle the recruitment process for civil engineering projects, support onboarding and employee record maintenance, and address employee relations queries. I also assist management in applying company HR policies and support performance monitoring where needed.

Beyond core HR, I bring practical employee satisfaction insights from primary welfare research conducted at NEEPCO, where I studied satisfaction with welfare, health, and well-being measures. I’m energized by improving workplace communication so employees fully understand their benefits and welfare options—and I aim to bring that same mix of structure and empathy to every hire and employee experience.
