I am an Executive Maintenance Service Department professional at KONE ELEVATOR INDIA PVT.LTD. (from September-2012 to till date), focused on delivering timely service to customers for Annual Maintenance and Product break down/complaint. I respond to customer complains, evaluate and resolve problems, and assist in installing the equipment.
My work also includes analyzing, inspecting, and reviewing findings to determine the solution that the customer demands. I bring an ability to learn quickly my Mechanical & Electrical Software, with hands-on experience in escalator service and maintenance.
I work with strong communication skills and efficiency, and I’m comfortable working systems of Corporate and Government business. I am result oriented & honest, and I continue upgrading my technical foundation with a 2025 Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Atul Polytechnic Gandhinagar) and earlier ITI training.
