After my tenure at Toshiba, I transitioned to Kamai Elevators as a Customer Service Engineer, where I managed maintenance and troubleshooting for numerous elevator systems. My role involved conducting preventive maintenance, documenting repairs, and collaborating with management on budget allocations.
