Dhanalakshmi Pasupuleti

@dhanalakshmipasupule

Software QA Engineer at DXC Technology testing corporate banking systems and evaluating AI-generated responses.

What I'm looking for

I’m open to Software QA, AI Quality/LLM Evaluation, and ITSM/ServiceNow Analyst roles, remote or hybrid, in India or internationally.

At DXC Technology, I test a corporate banking and markets platform for a global banking client, covering payments, accounts, and treasury and investment modules. I design test cases from requirements, validate transactional data with SQL, and support release and production smoke testing.

I’m applying my QA experience to AI quality and LLM evaluation, assessing AI-generated responses against requirements and identifying inaccurate or inconsistent content. I’m also developing ServiceNow ITSM knowledge alongside hands-on exposure through QA and release work.
