I'm a full-stack engineer with 3.5+ years building and scaling multi-tenant B2B SaaS in production.

My current work is a supplier performance and supply chain management platform: a 30-module NestJS/MongoDB backend with a React and Redux Toolkit frontend, running as 20+ branded multi-tenant deployments for enterprise clients. I own features end to end there — client requirement calls, system design, story breakdown, implementation, code review, release and production support.

Two things I'm most known for on that team. First, performance: I cut API response times 85–90% across the platform's highest-traffic endpoints by profiling slow queries, adding targeted indexes, restructuring MongoDB aggregation stages and introducing a Redis caching layer with pub/sub invalidation. I also moved bulk data import and email delivery onto Bull queues to keep heavy jobs off the request path.

Second, AI: I built the platform's production AI features on the OpenAI API — survey-response summarization and structured JSON action-plan generation — including PII-safe prompt design that keeps names, contact details and account data out of the model, plus token-cost controls so per-tenant spend stays predictable. Getting reliable structured output from an LLM for paying enterprise customers is a different problem from making a demo work.

I also designed the platform's self-referencing parent/child supplier hierarchy with branding inheritance and strict tenant data isolation, and shipped internationalization across 13 locales.

Beyond the code, I work directly with international clients on requirements, demos and written async updates, and I've mentored six interns through onboarding, pairing and code review.
